The Sea Calls Me
The Sea Calls Me
Often, we learn when stretched deeply. The resistance of our nature against truth and new understanding requires us to process deeply. When I am in circumstances of radical shifts in my mindset, I meditate, ponder, and realign. In one such time, I processed in the sea, underwater, swimming, swimming and swimming more. I could move freely, think, and rest in the quiet of the ocean floor. We all process differently. For me, water and mountains are beyond me. It is here I feel God’s presence, and I ponder, and consider, and trust that I can be small, captured in the womb of time, and processed, just like a sea fan on the bottom of the ocean floor. I need to be processed in this state of humility and unlearning, so that I can be positioned in renewal of my mind and heart.
